ASSOCIATION PAYMENTS When are my association payments due?
Payments are due on the first of each month.
All Associations have a 30-day grace period before payments are considered late.
A $25 late fee will be assessed for each late payment.

Can I use online banking to pay my bill? Yes, you can use your bank's bill payment service to make the payments. Please include your account number in the payment notation.
Do you accept credit card payments? At this time, we do not accept credit card payments over the phone or in the office. However, you can make a credit card payment using the Foster Premier website. Note, an additional fee is charged to use this payment method.
