IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SHARED DRIVEWAYS AND SNOW OPERATIONS!!!!
During the snow season, between November 15th through April 14th, the association will tow cars in the shared driveways in order to allow snow operations to be performed. This is a reminder of the snowing provision in Section 5.5 of the Towing Resolution which states:
“5.5 In order to allow for the prompt, safe and efficient removal of snow, the Association may, without notice, tow any vehicles parked upon the Community Areas or a shared driveway (Neighborhood Facility) after a snowfall of 1.5” or greater. All costs and expenses related to the tow and retrieval of the vehicle shall be the responsibility of the vehicle owner.”
A letter was sent in November to all shared driveway unit owners and their tenants regarding reminding them of snow operations and the towing resolution.
